CITIES ARE CLIMBING THE SUMMIT WITH GYODER…
GYODER, having been declaring
the agenda of the sector via Real Estate Summits since 2000, organized Developing
Cities Summit in Bursa during 7-8 January 2010 in cooperation with Bursa Metropolitan
Municipality in order to present investment opportunities in developing cities
to sector representatives and to help cities to reach out to national and international
real estate investors. The first of the Developing Cities Summit was organized
in Bursa, which is a city that attracts attention by its geographical situation,
historical values, natural beauties and social life and also its role in the development
of the economy of Turkey. During the first day of the Developing Cities
Summit co-organized by GYODER and Bursa Metropolitan Municipality, real estate
investment potential in Bursa region, opportunities, problems and solutions related
with urban transformation projects, economic forecasts and evaluation of the period
expected after the economic crises were discussed and also a report on the real
estate market in Bursa related with residences, shopping centers, accommodation
facilities and industry and logistics was presented. During the second day of
the summit a visit to prestigious projects in Bursa and potential areas open to
investors was organized. In this scope Bursa Sıcaksu Urban Transformation Project
Area, Santral Garaj Urban Transformation Project Area, Merinos Congress and Culture
Center, Çekirge Intam Blocks Project Area, Gökdere Recreation and Sports Valley
and Bursa Atatürk Stadium are among the most important investment areas that must
be seen. In addition, during the weekend willing participants joined a business
focused trip to Uludağ. |
