Real Estate sector has shown a significant development in recent years in Turkey. While the real estate sector gradually gains an international character, organized markets are developed for housing and commercial real estates. Depending on this, investments of local and foreign actors in the real estate sector are widened.

An important factor of development in the real estate sector is the creation of healthy and regular statistics and data. Increase in the data related to the sector will contribute to the actors in the sector for taking right and effective decisions.

In order to serve this purpose, the study "Main Indicators or Real Estate Sector in Turkey 2008" has been prepared. The aim of the study is to create a healthy database for the real estate sector and to keep up to date with renewed data every year.

Study of "Main Indicators or Real Estate Sector in Turkey 2008" which has been prepared for this purpose, is comprising of 13 sub titles and giving numerical data and evaluations.
