GYODER “The Real Estate Platform of Turkey” participated to the world's foremost real estate trade show MIPIM International Real Estate Trade Fair, staged in Cannes on March 12-15, 2013 where Turkey was the Country of Honor. Turkey Real Sector’s Vision for 2023 has been disscussed at the panel which GYODER organized on 13th of March, 2013.

In the networking breakfast, to which Mr. Aziz Torun, Chairman of GYODER and Mr. Joe Montgomery, Chief Executive for Europe was keynote speaker, hosted by GYODER and sponsored by EVA Real Estate Appraisal Consultancy and Entegre Project Management Consultancy, which was held at Cannes Martinez Hotel on 14th March,2013, the potentials and opportunities of real estate market in Turkey was shared.

Cityscape Global 2012, 2–4 October, Dubai
GYODER Real Estate Platform of Turkey, took an active role at Cityscape Dubai where Turkey was the Country of Honour, to present Turkish Real Estate sector internationaly between 2–4th October, 2012.
In two different panels which GYODER organised on 3rd of October, Turkish Real Estate sector has been introduced to international investors with all aspects. Also GYODER hosted representatives from Turkey and abroad at her stand.

At the conference titled “Real Estate In Emerging Markets” held by Wharton School in New York on December 2nd, 2008, issues like expectations for 2009, asset values in emerging markets, the existing status of the real estate sector, the effects of the global crisis and the future real estate policies of developed countries, were covered.

3 - 4 September 2008
Our Association was present at EPRA's annual conference held in Stockholm on September 3-4, 2008. One of the guest speakers at the conference, The Times of London columnist and founding partner of GaveKal Capital, Anatole Kaletsky talked about the crisis in the Real Estate sector in the United States and its jump to the European countries. Wolfgang Grulke, known for his colorful and unusual approach, made a presentation about the integrated effects of factors like finance, real estate values, liquidity and fuel on our world. The global development, portfolio structure, global economy and future expectations of Real Estate Investment Trusts were also among the issues discussed at the conference. Sectoral reports and presentations were shared with the participants.

11 - 14 March 2008
Our association participated with one stand in the world's premier real estate summit, the MIPIM International Real Estate Trade Fair, staged in Cannes on March 11-14, 2008. The fair brought together 29.000 decision-makers from 89 countries and more than 7.600 investors.

GYODER participated in the conference held by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Dubai on February 11-14, 2008 . The main issues covered at the conference were sustainability, benefits of sustainable developments and next steps to be taken to reach sustainability. The conference attracted a high number of participants.
