GYODER organised Becoming a REIT conference in cooperation with Capital Markets Board of Turkey on 15th December, 2011 at Ceylan Intercontinantel Hotel. As a First with its consept Becoming a REIT conference became a platform that the issues concerning Public REITs and process about becoming a REIT discussed. As well as REIT’s; banks, finance companies, appraisal companies, project developers, investors and all companies that have the potential to become REIT came together at the event.

GYODER has organized the “Housing Finance and Turkey Conference ", in Ritz Carlton Hotel , Istanbul on 9-10th November, 2004. The conference was held by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey.

There has been some studies to support finding solutions to the housing problem and increase the number of homeowners through long term housing loans with the encouragement taken from the decrease in inflation and interest rates. And Turkey has come to a point where an appropriate financial model is about to be built up for mortgage system.

In order to share those studies and to analyze the experiences of both developed and developing countries with international experts, Capital Markets Board has accomplished the Housing Finance and Turkey Conference on the 9-10th of November in Ritz Carlton Hotel with the contribution and organization of GYODER. In that conference many experienced well-known professionals, international and Turkish investors and highly respected institutions took place as speakers, and joined a brainstorming together with the other attendees including the representatives of international investment companies, banks and other credit institutions.
