Konya invites investors to the city that carries its
cultural heritage over the future years

As the voice of the cities for national and international real estate industry and agenda setter of the sector, GYODER (The Association of Real Estate Investment Companies) brought together the real estate industry professionals and real estate opportunities in developing cities on November 1-3, 2010 in Konya, Turkey.

Developing Cities Summit was held in Konya which is the fifth largest city in Turkey, stands out with its largely untapped investment opportunities and fast developing real estate industry.

Apart from the rich Summit program and Technical Tour, there was also a spiritual poetic event in Konya, home base for the Mevlevi Order. It is the spectacular Sema Ritual and whirling Dervishes honoring the 13th century poet Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi who calls all that would hear: Come, come whoever you are! Wanderer, worshipper, lover of leaving, come. This is not a caravan of despair. It doesn't matter if you've broken your vows a thousand times, still, come, and yet again Come!"
