Having been established to promote and support the development of the Real Estate Industry in Turkey, The Association of Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER) is pleased to announce its traditional conference, the Turkish Real Estate Summit - VI and will be delighted to welcome your participation.
GYODER conducts its activities by organizing conferences, educational programs and various publications for the related businesses. Following its outstanding successes in the previous years, the Turkish Real Estate Summit - VI will again be a meeting point of leading national and international actors of the worldwide real estate sector. The Summit will be held on the 2nd - 3rd May 2006 at Swiss˘tel, The Bosphorus in Istanbul, Turkey.
The Turkish Real Estate Summit - VI, will gather local and foreign professionals on a two-days conference in Istanbul and topics including "urban land development, global capital in Turkey, commercial real estate, residential investments in the South of Turkey, earthquake-resistant and energy-sufficient buildings and housing finance system" will be discussed by local and foreign attendees to set out practical answers to the main problems in the real estate market. On the basis of our past experiences, the Summit creates important opportunities to the participants and dictates the current agenda in the market.
GYODER's partners Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), Federation of American Scientists (FAS), PricewaterhouseCoopers, EuroCatalyst, Turkish Republic Prime Ministry Mass Housing Administration and Capital Markets Board of Turkey will jointly support the Summit and some top level bureaucrats and ministers will attend the organization as well.
