The Association of Real Estate Investment Companies

GYODER, The Association of Real Estate Investment Companies, was established in 1999 by the representatives of 12 REICs for the purposes of encouraging the development of newly booming real estate industry in Turkey, fostering the growth of REICs, promoting and acting as a spokesman for the sector and introducing and maintaining standards in quality, control and training issues. Since then, GYODER, with its more than 200 members, has been directing its activities for accelerating the process of institutionalization of the real estate sector, bringing new and everlasting solutions towards its improvement, enriching its operational scope, participating in the creation of modern cities through new developments as well as supporting inner-city rehabilitation and redevelopment, generating cooperation between all local authorities, relevant state bodies, private institutions, academics and NGOs in shaping quality environments and guaranteeing the communication and exchange of information among them. The conferences, meetings, seminars, symposiums, panels and education programs GYODER has organized are seen as major meeting platforms of the actors in the sector.
