Panel on Amnesty on Reconstruction/Housing

The “Amnesty on Reconstruction/Housing” Law and the related Communique, which arouse great curiosity in recent days, were published. A panel was held by ITO and GYODER, where the topics specified in the Communiqué and the unspecified special cases were examined within the framework of other legislation. In the Panel on Amnesty on Reconstruction/Housing, which was held between 14:00 - 17:00 hours on June 26, 2018 at ITO Central Building, the answers for the below questions were sought.

How and in what way will the value of the building be determined?
Is there any proportioning about unauthorized part and registration fee in illegal and unauthorized buildings?

Who is eligible and ineligible for obtaining building registration certificate? What is the validity period?
What will be the status of the buildings having obtained the building registration certificates after they are issued to title deeds?
Is the owner of the detached unit able to make application if the property owners fail to agree?
How will the urban transformation process be affected by this Law?
Which territories and buildings will be included and excluded?
What will be the status of buildings on the immoveable properties of the Treasury and Municipality?
How will the 2B and forest lands be affected?
Under which conditions the application is rejected and the deposited money is withdrawn?
How will be the settlement of disputes?
